How we support
- You will meet your Fit for Surgery Navigator to discuss and together you set a plan in place which will involve physical activity and nutritional changes that work for you and your circumstances. The navigator will provide advice and motivation, referring you to appropriate community support services which include a dietitian, physiotherapist, activity coordinator or a psychologist.
- The navigator will provide a service that will help you to keep on track and will continue to support and encourage you through follow up appointments and phone support.
- You must be committed to make a positive change for your health and wellbeing to reduce your BMI to 40 or under.
- We provide support at six and twelve month stages after your surgery.
