When: Thursday 5 June 2025
Time: 1:00pm – 2:30pm.
Where: Dudding Lake > Duddings Lake Road off State Highway Three.
Entries Due: to Quinn via the excel spreadsheet provided by Friday May 30.
Cost: $2.00 per participant.
Grades: Year 9, Junior, Senior.

Year 9: Athletes must be in Year 9 and under the age of 15 as of 31st December 2025 (born on or after 1st January 2011). Athletes can only run in year 9 once.
Junior: Athletes must be under the age of 16 as of 31st December 2025 (born on or after 1st January 2010).
Senior: Athletes must be under the age of 20 as of 31st December 2025 (born between 1st January 2005 and 31st December 2009).

Race Distances –
Year 9, & Juniors – 3km (1 lap of the lake + road track)
Senior Girls – 3km
Senior Boys – 4km (2 laps of lake).
Course Details – The course track goes around Dudding Lake and is a mix of gravel road and grass. Trainers are recommended.

Timetable –
1:00pm – Managers meeting at Sport Whanganui tent.
1:15pm – Girls Race (all grades).
1:40pm – Boys Race (all grades).
2:10pm – Prizegiving.
2:30pm – Event Finished.

Parking – Vehicles can drive down and park in the allocated area near the Dudding Camp site.
Course Marshals – Schools are to provide 2 volunteers to be a course marshal. Please record the name of your volunteers on the entry form. We really rely on having the required numbers of volunteers to run the event safely.
