The Governance Essentials Workshops are a collaboration between Sport Whanganui and The Wheelhouse. We look at the differences between governance and operations and the role of the committee/board.

The goal is to de-mystify what governance actually is and discover what it means to be on a governing committee. The workshop will cover:

• Roles & responsibilities
• Effective processes
• Templates & resources
