Quiet Hour is for students with varied abilities, or for those who may get overwhelmed with the busyness of the main event, Quiet Hour is an opportunity for tamariki and rangatahi to experience the course at their own comfort and capability. We make adaptations to the course where we can, so it is accessible for the different groups in our community.  

For the safety of the tamariki and rangatahi, we please ask that they are accompanied by a support person. The aim is to create a positive experience for everyone participating.  

Quiet Hour is held on 7 November 2024, from 10am – 11am.  

Tough Teen will be held from 12pm – 3pm
