Quiet Hour is designed for students with varied abilities or those who may find the main event overwhelming. It provides an opportunity for tamariki and rangatahi to experience the course at their own pace and comfort level.
We adapt the course where possible to ensure accessibility for all participants. For safety, students must be accompanied by a support person.
