DESCRIPTION:When: Thursday 5 June 2025\nTime: 1:00pm – 2:30pm.\nWhere: Dudding Lake > Duddings Lake Road off State Highway Three.\nEntries Due: to Quinn via the excel spreadsheet provided by Friday May 30.\nCost: $2.00 per participant.\nGrades: Year 9, Junior, Senior.\nYear 9: Athletes must be in Year 9 and under the age of 15 as of 31st December 2025 (born on or after 1st January 2011). Athletes can only run in year 9 once.\nJunior: Athletes must be under the age of 16 as of 31st December 2025 (born on or after 1st January 2010).\nSenior: Athletes must be under the age of 20 as of 31st December 2025 (born between 1st January 2005 and 31st December 2009).\nRace Distances –\nYear 9, & Juniors – 3km (1 lap of the lake + road track)\nSenior Girls – 3km\nSenior Boys – 4km (2 laps of lake).\nCourse Details – The course track goes around Dudding Lake and is a mix of gravel road and grass. Trainers are recommended.\nTimetable –\n1:00pm – Managers meeting at Sport Whanganui tent.\n1:15pm – Girls Race (all grades).\n1:40pm – Boys Race (all grades).\n2:10pm – Prizegiving.\n2:30pm – Event Finished.\nParking – Vehicles can drive down and park in the allocated area near the Dudding Camp site.\nCourse Marshals – Schools are to provide 2 volunteers to be a course marshal. Please record the name of your volunteers on the entry form.
