DESCRIPTION:Quiet Hour is for students with varied abilities, or for those who may get overwhelmed with the busyness of the main event, Quiet Hour is an opportunity for tamariki and rangatahi to experience the course at their own comfort and capability. We make adaptations to the course where we can, so it is accessible for the different groups in our community.  \nFor the safety of the tamariki and rangatahi, we please ask that they are accompanied by a support person.
